To apply, interested students can submit an application online on our website or visit us in person to speak with an enrollment advisor.

We recommend applying as early as possible to ensure you have the best chance of getting into the program, and to give you enough time to explore your financial aid options.

Complete Application Form/Application Fee

Tell us a little about yourself, pay application fee and we’ll help with the rest. Our convenient online application tool only takes 10 minutes to complete.

Confirmation of Application

Once you have submitted your application, Froshtech Academy Team will acknowledge receipt of your application by phone or email immediately.

Application Review

Froshtech Admission team will review your application to confirm you meet our requirements. If so, you will then be asked to complete an interview as part of the review process.

Application Interview

Interviews are usually completed over the phone with a member of the Academic Team. The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better, hear about your future plans, understand why you are interested in the course, any particular papers you like and your understanding of the program.

Payment of Fees

Once you are accepted into the program, you will be required to complete an enrollment agreement and pay the complete Tuition fee or make a deposit to secure your spot.

Requirements

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Safety is paramount, especially in practical training environments. The following PPE should be required:
 
• Safety Gloves: To protect hands from cuts, burns, and other injuries while working with machinery and tools.
•Safety Boots: Steel-toe boots to protect feet from falling objects and sharp items.
•Coveralls/Uniform: A durable, flame-resistant uniform or coveralls to protect clothing and skin from dirt, oil, and other hazards.
•Safety Glasses: To protect the eyes from flying debris, dust, and chemicals.

Tools and Equipment

• Basic Mechanic Tool Kit: A set of essential hand tools for automotive work, which will include wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and other commonly used tools.
•Laptop/Tablet: Some courses will require students to have a laptop or tablet for accessing online resources, taking notes, and using diagnostic software.
•Notebook and Stationery: A dedicated notebook for taking notes, performing technical calculations, and documenting learnings.
•Course Materials: Textbooks and other required reading materials, which will be provided by the academy or available for purchase.

Health and Safety Requirements

Medical Examination: Students will have to  provide a recent medical clearance (especially for courses involving intensive physical labor).
•Vaccination Records: Students will have to present their vaccination status for health and safety reasons.

Identification and Documentation

Confirm your admission and registration:
•National ID or Passport: For identification and verification.
•Passport-sized Photographs: Typically needed for ID cards and certificates.
•Admission Letter or Enrollment Confirmation: A printed or digital copy of the admission letter to finalize registration.
 
Parental Consent Form (if applicable for minors)

Payment and Financial Documents

Students should be prepared to meet the financial obligations for their course:
•Proof of Payment: A copy of the tuition fees payment or a receipt from the bank or payment portal.
•Installment Plan: If the student is paying in installments, the terms should be provided.

Professional Attitude and Behavior

Commit to Professional Conduct: Maintaining discipline, following safety protocols, and showing a willingness to learn.
•Respect the Academy’s Code of Conduct: Adherence to classroom and workshop rules, punctuality, and participation in all academic and practical sessions.

Graduate Diploma Requirements:

– Open to students 18 years and over at course commencement

– If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band and 6.0 in speaking.

– All applicants are interviewed as part of the admissions process.

– Applicants not meeting the entry criteria may be considered on a case by case basis by the Academic Director. Consideration will be given to those with appropriate and evidenced previous academic history, prior work experience and life skills experience.
